College & Career

At Cornerstone Christian Academy, we are committed to preparing every student to live a life that glorifies God while making a meaningful impact in society. Our Career and College Guidance Program provides the tools, support, and personalized counsel students need to make confident decisions about their future.

The Birkman Method Career Assessment

Every 11th and 12th grade student benefits from the Birkman Method Career Assessment, which helps them understand their strengths, interests, and career paths.

  • Discover Personal Strengths: Identify unique gifts and talents.

  • Explore Career Paths: Learn about careers that align with their natural interests.

  • Improve Communication: Gain insight into how they interact with others.

College & Career Pathways

At Cornerstone, we recognize that each student's journey is unique.

For some, entering the workforce directly after graduation is the right choice.

Others may pursue Community College certifications or explore opportunities in military service. Many of our students choose to attend a four-year college.

For our college-bound students, we provide personalized support to ensure they are prepared for success:

  • Our dedicated counseling staff assists in identifying several great colleges that align with each student's goals and strengths.

  • We offer guidance to parents to help plan wisely and avoid education debt.

  • Students receive ACT Test preparation to ensure they have the tools to succeed.

  • All 11th-grade students receive a subscription to College Scoops, providing insider information about universities and the college experience.

  • Each 11th grader completes a college-level finance course, teaching them essential financial literacy and preparing them for wise money management throughout their college years and beyond.
